By accessing or using PatchMySEO ("the Service"), operated by PatchMySEO Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
PatchMySEO provides AI-powered SEO auditing, automated code patching, and neural SEO analysis tools. The specific features available depend on your subscription tier.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
You agree to provide accurate payment information. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan selected.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds: We offer a 14-day "no questions asked" refund policy for first-time subscribers. If you are unsatisfied with the tool, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are granted at our sole discretion.
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purposes, to scrape data excessively, or to attempt to reverse engineer the AI models or application logic.
PatchMySEO is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PatchMySEO Inc. is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
